No. The program is only for personal use.
You are permitted a maximum of 2 bookings, totaling up to 10 days of supplemental vehicle usage.
No. The program is currently valid for first year of Agility+ Premium Plan and there is no option to extend or purchase it for subsequent years.
There are no additional charges for the supplemental vehicle. However, you are responsible for summonses, penalties, or any repair costs that are not covered by the insurance policy during the usage period.
No. The usage is only within Malaysia.
No. There are no mileage limitations within Malaysia.
You are allowed to make amendments or cancellation via email to ccmt1@allianz.com at least 24 hours before the confirmed usage date and time.
Yes. You are allowed to return the vehicle earlier than the initially scheduled return day; however, the days of usage will still count towards the initial booking period.
No. Any extension of days for supplemental vehicle is not available.
You will need to make a police report for insurance claims and call the hotline 03-2161 1355. Another vehicle will be provided to you soon.
Engaging in commercial events, motorsport or racing activities, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited during the usage period.
