Below are the requirements for your company or association to be part of the programme:
1. Company Registration
Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia/Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) with at least one year operation.
2. Financial Standing
Minimum paid-up capital of RM1,000,000 and RM3,000,000 annual turnover with audited report.
3. Subsidiary Inclusion
Benefits extend to all subsidiaries of the holding company (Section 7 of the Companies Act 2016).
4. Vehicle Registration
Must be registered under the employees.
