      • How do I claim my replacement car?

        How do I claim my replacement car?

        Upon getting informed by Service Advisor that your Mercedes-Benz requires at least 48 hours to be repaired due to warranty claims or service and maintenance jobs, you may find below 3 simple steps to get your replacement car.

        • Step 1 : Fill out the MobilityPlus form provided by your Service Advisor
        • Step 2 : Our official MobilityPlus partner, Allianz Worldwide Partners (AWP) will check for eligibility and once confirmed, they will be in touch with you shortly to arrange for your preferred drop-off/pick-up of the replacement car
        • Step 3 : Within 24 hours upon confirmation, the replacement car will be delivered to your preferred location. Enjoy!

        We strive to offer the best journey of mobility for all our customers. However, any accident caused is not in the MobilityPlus' coverage at the moment, but we promise to make this available in the near future!

        The replacement car will be chosen by our authorized MobilityPlus partner.

      • Am I allowed to drive the replacement car out of Malaysia?

        You may enjoy driving your replacement car in Malaysia, even in Langkawi and Labuan. However, any places out of Malaysia i.e. Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei are not covered. Any losses suffered directly or indirectly by the breach of this, will be borne by customer.

      • What happen if I utilized more than 20 days in a year?

        What happen if I utilized more than 20 days in a year?

        If you have exceeded the yearly 20-day entitlement, the Service Advisor will inform you on the additional days exceeded along with daily fee, subject to your agreement.
