For decades, the S-Class has defined what a car can be, serving as a guiding light for Mercedes-Benz and the automotive world. With rear-axle steering of up to 4.5 degrees, the S-Class delivers improved agility and stability on every journey, whether navigating city streets or cruising along the highway. Further enhancing the effortless charging experience, the high-voltage battery now supports DC fast charging of up to 60 kW, enabling a charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 20 minutes, offering efficiency for everyday use.

Inside, the S-Class has long been renowned as a sanctuary of comfort and a serene environment for relaxed working while on the road. Its cabin is further elevated by a center console in black dotted lines and a crystal-look finish adding to the visual richness of the interior.

Comfort is taken a step further with climatised front seats offering three-stage ventilation and heating. Integrated fans within the seat cushions and backrests ensure a consistently pleasant seating environment for both the driver and front passenger, tailored to individual preferences.

ENERGIZING AIR CONTROL also contributes to the overall wellbeing of occupants by continuously monitoring air quality through advanced sensors and displays the information via the onboard MBUX. It detects nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), and fine particles of size PM2.5 in the outside air. When measurements reach a certain range, the system intelligently switches between fresh air and air recirculation mode to maintain optimal cabin conditions. An interior filter with antibacterial properties also reduces inhalable harmful substances and certain viruses, ensuring cleaner, healthier air for all occupants.

The new Mercedes-Benz S 580 e with EQ Hybrid Technology is priced at RM 738,888 (including 10% ST) for Peninsular Malaysia, inclusive of an 8-year / 160,000km high-voltage battery warranty (whichever comes first). Price is on the road, without insurance.
