Login with your Mercedes me ID or register to proceed with the vehicle reservation. In this step, enter all the necessary information about yourself and, if applicable, as a commercial individual customer.

Before completing the reservation of your desired vehicle, recheck all details including your personal or commercial data, and correct them if necessary. Complete the reservation easily by clicking on the button "Reserve Now". By doing so, you agree to the reservation conditions of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and take note of the further information, the cancellation policy and the cancellation form as well as the data protection notices. Your reservation will be confirmed immediately by email. To purchase the vehicle, kindly visit your preferred Mercedes-Benz agent within seven (7) business days to conclude the contract of sale.

In case of cancellation of the reservation for any reason, the Reservation Fee will be refunded to the account you used for payment. You may also request for a full refund of the Reservation Fee by contacting your preferred Mercedes-Benz agent.
