You will find specific information on the respective vehicle in the detailed view of each offer. In addition to highlighted equipment and technical data, all standard and special equipment is also listed there.

My desired vehicle is not available in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store. What can I do?
We regularly expand the range of vehicles in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store. If your desired vehicle is not currently available, you can request it from us using this form or you can contact us directly: We are there for you by email (cs.mys@cac.mercedes-benz.com) and toll-free hotline (1-800-88-1133) . We are available Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 10 pm, and closed on public holidays.
Do the images correspond exactly to the vehicles that I can reserve and then lease, finance or buy?
We make every effort to ensure that the illustrations correspond to the available vehicles. However, it may happen that the desired vehicle differs from the illustrations. Therefore, all illustrations must be understood as exemplary. Please also note that, for technical reasons, the colours shown can only be an approximation of the real paint colour.
Furthermore, the illustrations may also contain special equipment and accessories that are not included in the scope of delivery. The detailed view of each offer provides you with an overview of the equipment included: in addition to highlighted equipment and technical data, special equipment is also listed there.
Can I test drive the vehicle I want?
We make every effort to ensure that you can test drive the vehicle you want. However, it is not always possible for us to provide you with your desired vehicle from the Mercedes-Benz Online Store for a test drive. However, if this is not possible, we are always happy to provide you with a similarly equipped vehicle for a test drive.
How can I make an appointment for a test drive?
Simply use the corresponding form: In it, you briefly tell us where your test drive should start and enter your desired date and contact details. An authorised Mercedes-Benz agent near you will then contact you to confirm the appointment.

What documents do I need to bring to the test drive?
For the test drive, you will need a valid Malaysian driving license and a valid identity card.
Only registered and logged-in users can currently use the Mercedes-Benz Online Store to its full extent. If you already have a Mercedes me ID, you can login directly. Otherwise, you will have to register again. Your personal Mercedes me ID can then be used for the entire Mercedes-Benz universe. Of course, all offers of the Online Store are visible to you even without registration and login. So, you can start looking for your dream vehicle right away. You will need a user account at the latest when you want to reserve a specific vehicle online.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, please use the 'Forgotten password' link in the login. You will then receive an email with which you can reset your old password and set a new one.
I would like to delete my user account. How is this done?
To delete your user account, please contact our customer service: We are there for you by email (cs.mys@cac.mercedes-benz.com) and toll-free hotline (1-800-88-1133) . We are available Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 10 pm and closed on public holidays.
Is my personal data protected during input and transmission?
Yes, all processes in which you enter personal details and transmit them to us are encrypted via a secure internet connection (https).
The ordering process in our online store is simple, so you can find your way to your new dream car quickly, easily and conveniently. You'll get an overview here. Your reservation request comprises the following steps:
1. Vehicle selection
You select the vehicle of your choice from the wide range of available vehicles.
2. Select your preferred authorised Mercedes-Benz agent
Select your preferred authorised Mercedes-Benz agent for the vehicle delivery.
3. Select your preferred payment method
Direct purchase:
If you would like to pay for your desired vehicle directly from your own funds, you can easily do this by transferring the invoice amount after you have made your vehicle reservation. Our customer service will clarify all the necessary details with you.
Mercedes-Benz Leasing & Financing:
If you wish to lease or finance the vehicle, use Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to finance the vehicle. Speak to our expert for more details.
4. Check shopping cart
Check your desired vehicle and the selected payment option one final time.
5. Login or register
Login with your Mercedes me ID or register to proceed with the vehicle reservation. In this step, enter all the necessary information about yourself and, if applicable, as a commercial individual customer.
6. Check all details and complete the reservation
Before completing the reservation of your desired vehicle, recheck all details including your personal or commercial data, and correct them if necessary. Complete the reservation easily by clicking on the button "Reserve Now". By doing so, you agree to the reservation conditions of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and take note of the further information, the cancellation policy and the cancellation form as well as the data protection notices. By completing the reservation process in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store, you are making a binding offer to of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to conclude a contract with them.
By concluding the reservation contract, of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is obliged not to sell the vehicle to any other party in accordance with the reservation conditions, starting with your declaration of acceptance, and not to increase the purchase price stated in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store. The reservation terms and conditions of of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. are applicable.
The reservation data and terms and conditions of of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (incl. cancellation policy for private customers) can be viewed again in the confirmation of receipt. These documents will be sent to you by email after you have completed your reservation.
7. Next steps
Your reservation will be confirmed immediately by email. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute the conclusion of a contract, i.e. no declaration of acceptance of the offer by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. The contract for the vehicle reservation is only concluded when our customer service has confirmed the acceptance of the reservation within the period specified in the reservation terms and conditions with another email. Our customer service will inform you as soon as possible if your offer for a reservation could not be accepted.
By completing the reservation process in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store, you are making a binding offer to Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to conclude a contract with them. The contract for the vehicle reservation is only concluded when our customer service has confirmed the acceptance of the reservation within the period specified in the reservation terms and conditions with another email.
At the end of the ordering process, you start a reservation request for the vehicle you have selected. The reservation gives you the right to purchase the vehicle you have selected at the price quoted or to lease or finance it on the basis of that price.
To purchase the vehicle, kindly visit your preferred Mercedes-Benz agent within seven (7) business days to conclude the contract of sale.
In case of cancellation of the reservation for any reason, the Reservation Fee will be refunded to the account you used for payment. You may also request for a full refund of the Reservation Fee by contacting your preferred Mercedes-Benz agent.
Yes, you can purchase your desired car online as a business customer.
Can I finance a vehicle purchased online with Mercedes-Benz Financial?
Yes, you can start the process online. When choosing a vehicle through the online Mercedes-Benz Store, simply select Mercedes-Benz Financial as your preferred financier. You'll have access to a finance calculator to customize your finance package and explore different repayment options.
Once you have selected Mercedes-Benz Financial as your preferred payment method, you will be directed to speak to a member of our team, who will begin this process for you.

How do I manage my account?
After your finance contract is settled, you will be invited to create a myMBFS account. myMBFS serves as your comprehensive platform to access all your contract information, including tax statements, early payout notices, and personal details. Log in to myMBFS here.
Can I insure a car purchased online with Mercedes-Benz Insurance?
At the moment, online insurance purchases are not available. Please contact our expert free of charge at 1-800-88-1133 from Monday to Saturday, email us at mbsm_cs@mercedes-benz.com or visit your preferred agent to discuss purchasing insurance.
When will my vehicle be delivered?
After your order has been processed, your selected agent will give you an estimated delivery date. Please note that this date is only indicative and may change for various reasons. For further updates on your vehicle delivery date, please contact your selected agent.
How do I get my vehicle?
After completing the reservation process, your chosen Mercedes-Benz authorised agent will provide you with all the necessary details.
Can I have my vehicle delivered abroad?
Unfortunately, this service is not available.
What documents do I need to bring to pick up my vehicle?
You will receive all the necessary information about the required documents well in advance of your pickup date. If you prefer, the authorised agent can handle the registration and discuss all the details with you.
Does Mercedes-Benz offer a warranty for new vehicles purchased via the Mercedes-Benz Store?
All new Mercedes-Benz vehicles come with a four-year warranty for new vehicles. It complements the statutory liability for material defects and gives you peace of mind for the first four years.
The warranty is valid from the day of vehicle delivery, or from the vehicle’s date of initial registration if this is earlier, and does not have a mileage limit.

Can I select additional special equipment for my desired vehicle on the Mercedes-Benz Store?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to place an online order for extra special equipment for your chosen vehicle. If you would like to purchase a vehicle with additional equipment, we are there for you by email (cs.mys@cac.mercedes-benz.com) and toll-free hotline (1-800-88-1133) . We are available Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 10 pm, and closed on public holidays or visit your preferred agent.
Can I buy accessories online and have a Mercedes-Benz authorised agent install them? Will there be a cost?
Once your online car order is confirmed, your preferred Mercedes-Benz authorised agent will contact you to go through the contract of sale and discuss whether you would like to add accessories, which may be fitted (if required) prior to delivery.If you have already taken delivery of a new car, you can buy accessories via our Mercedes-Benz Genuine Accessories Store and either fit them yourself or have your preferred agent install them (installation cost may apply). Accessory pricing and fitting costs are standardised across all agents.
Can I book a Service Plan online?
No, we currently do not offer Service Plans online. However, you can contact our service partner to book a service appointment. You can discuss the specific services you need, such as windscreen repair and replacement, brake and brake linings, or battery charge.
