With the rising number of Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, the Government has officially implemented the Movement Control Order (MCO) under the Prevention and Control of Diseases Act 1998 and the Police Act 1967, to curb the spread of the virus in the country. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia will take the following measures from 1st June 2021 until the end of the movement control order period.

 

  • All Mercedes-Benz sales showrooms nationwide will remain closed during this period.
  • All routine service and maintenance and/or repairs will be carried out at a lower capacity. Customers can obtain further information and make an online booking by visiting mb4.me/myoab.
  • Service24h Roadside Assistance remain operational for emergency breakdown and technical issues but are restricted between 8am and 8pm as per the SOPs enacted by the authorities.
  • Mercedes-Benz local production facility in Pekan, Pahang will be closed during this period.
