Through difficult times, we overcame together. Mercedes-Benz is pleased to announce that all official dealerships have re-opened for you. Well-equipped with extensive precautions, introduced under the Mercedes-Benz Star Shield programme – a comprehensive safety plan that includes:

  • Provision of masks and hand sanitizers.
  • Social distancing practices.
  • Limited customers per entry.
  • Cleaning and sanitisation of showroom cars and common areas.
  • Temperature checks conducted before entry into showroom.
  • Vehicles are cleaned and wrapped with seat & steering covers before servicing begins.

We are continuously monitoring the spread of COVID-19 in order to be able to react to this dynamically changing situation at any time.

The health and safety of our customers, colleagues, and partners is our overriding priority, and these measures are constantly updated, guided by information from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Malaysian government's national guidelines to contain the virus.

Given the official implementation of the Movement Control Order under the Prevention and Control of Diseases Act 1998 and the Police Act 1967 issued by the Malaysian Government to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia will take the following measures from 18th March 2020 to 12th May 2020.

[Notice – Service & Warranty Grace Period]
During this time of uncertainty, we would like to extend our gratitude to you, our customers, for your support and your understanding.

In an effort to provide absolute peace of mind, we are pleased to inform you that Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is providing an additional extended service and warranty grace period beyond 12th May 2020.

If your vehicle service period due date falls between 18th March and 12th May 2020, please get your vehicle service performed within 60 days once the MCO is lifted*, and it will not be counted as a missed service.

[Warranty]
We will continue to honour all vehicle warranties expiring between 18th March and 30th June. Please ensure your vehicle warranty repair performed within 60 days after 30th June 2020.

*Subject to the latest directive issued by the government.

      We are monitoring the situation while closely working with our dealer network to apply for the necessary permits to be operational for servicing and maintenance. We will provide further updates via our social media channels.
