A Customer Satisfaction Index development plan (CSI DDP) template has been developed by the DaimlerChrysler Thailand After-Sales department, based on input from key departments. A nationwide road show was then conducted to introduce this important new tool to dealers. Use of the new tool is expected to result in continuous CSI improvements.
