A Customer Satisfaction Index development plan (CSI DDP) template has been developed by the DaimlerChrysler Thailand After-Sales department, based on input from key departments. A nationwide road show was then conducted to introduce this important new tool to dealers. Use
of the new tool is expected to result in continuous CSI improvements. "Our first priority is to uphold our commitment to providing the best quality service to Mercedes-Benz customers,” says Twipat Tesprateep, After-Sales Marketing Manager. “The new CSI development plan will be instrumental in this.”
