In our continuous pursuit to serve you better, we have developed a protection plan to ensure your peace of mind in owning a Mercedes-Benz passenger car. The Mercedes-Benz Star Protection Plan provides additional coverage upon the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty. This is not a manufacturer’s warranty but a limited warranty applicable within Malaysia. The limited warranty is undertaken by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the general distributor of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Malaysia. The Star Protection Plan comes with a flexibility of 12, 24 or 36 months’ coverage. |
| How do I know if I am eligible for the Star Protection Plan? |
| If you answer ‘yes’ to the following questions, you are eligible. |
• Are you purchasing a new Mercedes-Benz from our authorised dealer?
• Are you registering your Mercedes-Benz for private use? |
• Was your Mercedes-Benz originally purchased from our authorised dealer?
• Does your Mercedes-Benz have a full six (6) months’ balance on the manufacturer’s warranty?
• Has your Mercedes-Benz traveled less than 80,000 kilometers?
• Does your Mercedes-Benz have a complete service record with our authorised dealer?
• Is your Mercedes-Benz registered for private use?
